Your own thoughts can drain you!   Your negative, stressful thoughts can be addictive.    It may be hard to stop thinking stressful thoughts. They can be obsessive, repetitive, and can keep replaying in your mind relentlessly throughout the day.   That’s why you must step in and take control.
